Hello, my name is Pritha Das and I'm a recent graduate in Bachelors of Computer Science (Hons). I have also minored in Statistics. I am particularly interested in Full-Stack Development, Distributed Computing, and Cloud Computing.

I am a big advocate of making the STEM field more accessible and less intimidating to new students. To help me achieve this dream, I became a part of my university's Computer Club called .devClub
where I served as the Promotions Executive. We successfully conducted one of the biggest hackathons in 2025 where more than 300 students participated!
I also participated in the Sprint to Innovate contest organized by RRC Polytech and provided innovative solutions to the given technical and business problems.

- Contributed as the primary developer to the full-stack development of a WMS platform using PHP/Laravel, JavaScript and MySQL.
- Implemented backend RESTful API endpoints, database schemas and integrated the endpoints with existing ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Wrote unit & feature tests with Pest & PHPUnit and performed code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency throughout.

Human Computer Interaction (HCI) Lab, University of Manitoba
- Handled the full-stack development of an age-friendly Interactive Data Dashboard using Shiny App, R, Python and HTML/CSS, for older adults, for easier access and visualization of data related to caregiving and care-receiving impacts.
- Performed detailed data analysis using a complex dataset taken from Statistics Canada which revealed that women tend to provide more care than men, and care receivers significantly prefer female caregivers over male caregivers.
- Refined the dashboard based on feedback from older adults gathered from focus groups, improving technical efficiency significantly and incorporating server-side storage for personalized data.
